House Rules

We are very welcoming and friendly here at the Bridgeford House, however we ask that you keep outside guest traffic to a minimum (friends or family not staying at the Bridgeford House). Simply keep in mind that other guests are staying in the house. Eureka is a very safe and secure community and we want to identify those who are coming and going from the house. The house is fairly “sound resistant”, although we ask that you be considerate and minimize the noise level between 10pm and 8am.

Congratulations!

The space
Built in 1884, The Bridgeford House is located in the Historic Residential District of Eureka Springs. It's the perfect location to relax in our garden, wander the tree lined streets, and experience what local life is like in Eureka. You'll also find we're within walking distance of Downtown Eureka Springs, so you'll find lots to entertain you in the evenings.

The Staffordshire Room is located on street level, directly inside the front door. This sunny room will offer you lovely garden views out the large windows and gives you perfect access to the front porch, where you can relax on our rocking chairs and watch the goings on of our quaint neighborhood as if you were a local.
The room is furnished with a four poster queen sized bed, mini-fridge, microwave, drip coffee pot, electric fireplace, and a bath/shower combination.
Guest access
Guests in our Staffordshire Room will have access to all our public spaces.

-The dining room where guests will find an ice machine, various treats, a coffee and tea station, and of course our morning breakfasts.
-Our private garden with shaded places to sit, perfect to enjoy a drink on a sunny afternoon, and a small firepit, to enjoy a bonfire on a chilly evening.
-The parlor where we have stocked various board, dice, and card games for our guests to enjoy in their rooms or while watching the street through the parlor's bay window.
Additional notes
The Staffordshire Room is on street level and includes a guest pass to allow parking on the street. There will only be a handful of stairs from the street onto the porch.
Guest interaction
At the Bridgeford House B&B we don't have a traditional check-in desk, so we do encourage following the self check-in procedures.

However, we do have an on-site innkeeper who is available to answer your questions, help you with anything you might need, and address any issues should they arise. They are just a quick text or call away, day or night.
Neighborhood overview
The Bridgeford House B&B is located on the lower Spring Street section of Eureka Springs' Historic Residential District. It's a quaint and quiet part of Eureka Springs where you can enjoy the flora and fauna of the Ozarks while walking the picturesque streets.

We're only a casual 15-minute, flat and down-hill, walk to the downtown area of Eureka Springs; here you will find a plethora of shops, bars, and restaurants. Once you've explored to your hearts content, it's only a quick tram ride using the local trams or a quick, healthy walk to travel back up to the B&B where you can relax and unwind.
Getting around
Guests in our Staffordshire Room will find a parking pass in their room, allowing them to park on Spring Street which is directly outside the Bridgeford House B&B. Guests will also be able to make use of our rear parking area should the parking in front get overly crowded.

Once parked you are only a short, flat and downhill 15 to 20 minute walk, through a charming neighborhood to reach all the downtown shops and restaurants of Eureka Springs. The town also has trams that will, depending on the season, provide a comfortable way to return to the B&B, as we have a tram stop only a few minutes away from our entrance.
